What are my sessions like? That is hard for me to describe. I'll start off by telling you how I think I get the best pictures, I look at the person or people I am photographing. I just don't look at them with my eyes, I see things with my heart. Let me explain. I want my clients to get lost in where they are and start doing things they would normally do, if they did not have a person with a camera trying to take their picture. For instance....a mother holding her child the way she always does, small children noticing what marvelous things are in their world, daddy's playing with their children, siblings playing together, naturally. I really like to take pictures of people in surroundings where they feel comfortable and relaxed. I am NEVER in a rush, I would feel it and my client would feel it, and the pictures wouldn't be great. Sometimes, I have to let parents know that it is okay if their children are just playing, and being themselves, and not focusing on me. That is the exact time I am getting the most wonderful pictures.
